Not a lift-and-shift. A proper migration — designed around your data, your team, and your risk tolerance.
Talk to our teamThe challenge
Organisations that rush to the cloud without a clear architecture end up with higher bills, fragile pipelines, and the same problems they had on-premises — just in someone else's data centre.
We've migrated data platforms for betting operators, airlines, and enterprise teams across the Balkans and CEE. Every engagement starts with understanding your business — not your servers.
The result is a migration plan that maps your data flows, locks in your AWS architecture, and sets the right foundation for analytics, AI, and growth — before a single workload moves.
What we deliver
We audit your existing infrastructure, data assets, and team capabilities to produce a clear picture of what moves first, what gets rebuilt, and what gets retired.
Landing zone setup, VPC design, IAM structure, and a reference architecture in CloudFormation — built for your workloads, not a generic template.
We migrate workloads in priority order — minimising risk at each phase, validating data integrity, and keeping your operations running throughout.
ISO 27001-aligned controls, encryption at rest and in transit, CloudTrail audit logging, and GDPR-ready data handling — built in from day one.
Right-sizing, Reserved Instance planning, S3 storage tiering, and tagging strategy — so your first AWS bill isn't a surprise.
We don't disappear after go-live. Hands-on knowledge transfer to your engineers, runbooks for day-2 operations, and ongoing support as your team grows into AWS.
How we work
We map your current infrastructure, data flows, dependencies, and pain points. Output: a prioritised workload inventory and a risk-rated migration backlog — usually delivered within two weeks.
We design the target AWS architecture in CloudFormation — landing zone, network topology, IAM roles, data platform layout. You review and sign off before anything is built.
Workloads move in waves — lowest risk first, production-critical last. Each wave includes validation, cutover rehearsal, and a rollback plan. No surprises on go-live day.
Post-migration 30-day hypercare period: monitoring, cost review, performance tuning, and team handover. You leave with a platform that's ready to grow — not one that needs immediate fixing.
